Swasthyam Sangha

Sakal Swasthyam is a dynamic event dedicated to promoting mental health and wellness through a series of workshops and seminars. As the workshop and seminar arm of the larger Swasthyam Wellness Festival, our aim is to provide valuable knowledge, practical skills, and a supportive Sangha for individuals seeking to enhance their overall well-being.

At Sakal Swasthyam Sangha, we recognize the importance of addressing mental health concerns and offering effective solutions to empower individuals in their journey toward mental health and wellness. Our monthly seminars feature esteemed experts from various fields, including psychology, psychiatry, mindfulness, and holistic healing. These experts share their insights, research, and practical tools to guide participants in developing a deeper understanding of mental health and well-being.

Following each seminar, we organize practical workshops focused on yoga, a holistic practice known for its numerous physical and mental benefits. These workshops offer participants an opportunity to experience yoga firsthand and learn specific techniques and exercises that can be incorporated into their daily lives. Our experienced yoga instructors create a safe and nurturing environment for attendees to explore and cultivate their mind-body connection.

While our monthly seminars and workshops form the foundation of our activities, the pinnacle of our efforts is the annual event called Swasthyam.
